The ELLE circus traveled from New York City to Los Angeles for this month’s cover shoot with pop powerhouse Katy Perry. When Perry arrived on set, she tweeted, “Just walked into what could become my favorite magazine spread ever @ a movie set.” Nothing overwhelms the new Mrs. Russell Brand, not even a Shanghai-inspired, custom-built tent staffed with clowns, trapeze artists, and a camel. Our favorite firework joined the fun, shedding her own cosmic blue Christopher Kane dress, black leggings, and black leather Zac Posen jacket to get into character as an ultra-alluring 1920s circus performer decked out in Dolce & Gabbana, Gianfranco Ferré, and Louis Vuitton. The day’s soundtrack started with Florence + the Machine’s “Rabbit Heart” and London band the XX’s “Crystalised,” but soon Perry was ready to switch gears; her iPod picks included Marilyn Monroe classics that echoed across the set, inspiring the singer to turn up the rapture in Oscar de la Renta’s marabou-embellished dress, a shimmering leopard-print by Blumarine, and a flirty romper by UK-based designer Pamela Hogg. The bombshell kept mum about her hubby, and the most mischief she engaged in was a game of hide-and-seek with ELLE entertainment director Jennifer Weisel’s two sons, Jack, eight, and Teddy, five. But when everyone paused for a cupcake break—Perry requested red velvet—she revealed who she was planning to bring to February’s Grammys (her grandma) and excitedly discussed her holiday plans: a New York Christmas, then across the pond to visit the in-laws.

February!!! My favorite month of the Year!! Valentine's Outfits!

February is without a doubth my favorite month of the Year! ..... not only because the weather is great ( In Miami, lol) also because if the month when we celebrate Love & Frienship almost all over the world!

I decided to post My Favorite Valentine's Outfits from now untill the end of the Month! By The Way it should be called Valentines Month not Day!!!

Anyways I went to Macy's the other day and I fall in love with this beautiful Michael Kors dress and I thought that it will be a great outfit to wear on a casual dinner on valentines day , lunch with friends or even to work!!! I just loved it and then I found there pair of Jessica Simpson shoes that I also liked and they go great with the dress and I wanted to share it with you guys!

It will make you look chic and fresh and still super affordable!!! I suggest that you wear Gold Accessories to match the zippers on the dress!

Let's see what I find next! I will keep you posted.

A day in My Closet!!! De-Clutter Process!

It is very important that every once in a while we all spend a day in our closet, in order to be always in Style and get the best out of our clothes we need to detox our closet!!!

Today is my day and considering that now I share my closet with the man of my life.. it might take more than a Day to detox my closet!!!

We all have the tendency to keep our old clothes ... jeans that don't fit us anymore... and tons of things that we don't wear but we can't give them away because they still relativity new and we can't just give it away!

Today I decided that in order to be always Trendy and in Style I need to get rid of things that I don't really use , things that don't fit me and things that are out of Style.... What I will do with all those things ?...who knows!!! but I will probably donate it to someone who will actually use it and enjoy it!

Lets Face it even if I lose all the weight I gained in the last 4 years I will not go back to wear those clothes that are way off style!

Today is my first Closet Detoxing Day .. I will keep you posted...

So my advice as a Wardrobe Consultant & Stylist is that you MUST do this at least once every 2 months in order to be always in Style and Fashionable!

Of course my closet doesn't look like the one in the picture! But I hope it looks like that at the end of this journey!!! and most important stay like that for a long time LOL

Red... Hearts... Fashion!!!! The Perfect Combination for The Best Cause!

The Heart Truth is a national awareness campaign for women about heart disease sponsored by the National Heart, lung, and blood Institute ( NGLBI). The centerpiece of The Heart Truth is the red Dress, which was introduced as the national symbol for women and heart disease awareness in 2002 by NHLBI. The Red Dress reminds women of the need to protect their heart health and inspires them to take action.

Seeking advance the Red Dress Symbol, The Heart Truth forged groundbreaking collaboration between the Federal government and the fashion industry, an industry intrinsically tied to female audiences. As a result of this partnership, fashion leaders- including designers, models, and celebrities- have demonstrated their support for the issue of women and the heart disease by participating in the Heart Truth's Red Dress Collection Fashion Shows at Mercedes- Benz Fashion Week annually since 2003.

The Big Event is schedule for Wednesday February 09 at 7Pm /Theatre NYC....

Can't wait to see who will be on the RED RUNWAY this Year!!!

MIAMI Platform 2011

Miami Platform is a project that I've been working on for the last year, been a designer myself and knowing how hard is to get to show your design on the runways of the Big fashion weeks of the country I decided that I will organize a fashion week for emerging designers... we all know how many designers are trying to get their names out there and how difficult has become to be able to do it! Cost of advertisements, runways, productions and all that is way too much of what we have but we still having the talent and the collections to show it to the world.

I put together a plan and finally this year on October Me and a group of co-workers and friends are putting together our first edition of MIAMI Platform 2011. 3 days of seminars, runways and exhibitions to show Miami our local and international talented Designers .

We still in the process of organizing it but all I can tell you for now is that it will be at The Newport Beach Hotel & Spa on Collins Ave and we will be supporting the Breast Cancer Association...

My Studio/Office in Miami!!!

My Small but Lovely Studio!!

After like 4 days organizing my space I finally finished the first part of it and it looks soooo cute! I love it!!! It has a couch for my clients to sit down, I have my L shape desk and I also have another desk for my partner when she comes to work with me or for my Interns.

I have space to design my Bathing suits for my JoJo Beach Wear Brand and also for sketch to some of my clients!

Racks with fabrics and sample bathing suits... Plasma TV and a great view to the pool and the bay !

Soon I will post more pictures of it! for now I just wanted to share with all of you how cute my space is looking!!!
